Leadership Program 2019/20

We are pleased to introduce the 2019/20 leadership program as we build capacity together.

The Leadership Program is a four-module series designed as a key element of overall BCASBO leadership development offerings.

From November 2019 to November 2020, participants will work with content-area specialists and resource people and be supported by BCASBO mentors to develop skillful approaches to key issues in their district and across public education in BC.

Sessions are interactive and include case studies and job-embedded challenges. They are organized to develop and enhance skills and strategies in designing, managing and navigating complex situations in a positive, results-oriented and relationship-rich manner.
