The BCASBO Executive Committee has decided that the 2020 AGM and Conference scheduled for May 20th - 22nd in Penticton, will not proceed as planned. Options are being considered for rescheduling later in the year and you will find updates here as they become available.

All registrations will be refunded to the credit card used for payment.

All guest room bookings will need to be cancelled individually to avoid cancellation fees.  Guests can call 1-800-663-9400 or email lakeside@rpbhotels.com. Due to the hight volume of cancellations, email is currently recommended.  Please provide the following information in the subject line of your email to the hotel:

For individual cancellations
Subject: last name/first name, confirmation#, check-in date

For school district blocks
Subject:  group name, group confirmation# if known, first check-in date

2020 BCASBO Annual General Meeting

The BCASBO Constitution and Bylaws, Article C, requires that this meeting be held in May.  Members will be advised of the details as they become available.

The BCASBO 2020 AGM and Conference will take place in Penticton from Wednesday, May 20 at 8:00 am to Friday, May 22 at noon, 2020.  Wednesday morning is set aside for full morning workshops which are again included in the conference registration fee.  See below for a summary program.  More details will be added as they become available. 

Registration (register by March 31st to receive $100 off!):

BCASBO Members:  $575.00 +GST
Non-Members Employed by British Columbia School Districts:  $675.00 +GST

Meal fee for Delegate's partners - One Day only:  $100 +GST
Meal fee for Delegate's partners - Two Days:  $200 +GST

Refund Policy:  A refund of paid registration will be given for cancellations made on or before May 6th, 2020.  After May 6th, there will be no refunds.
