Leadership Development Program

The Leadership Development Program is a four-session series designed as a key element of overall BCASBO leadership offerings. The next cohort #8 will begin May 20th, 2025 in conjunction with the BCASBO AGM and Conference in Penticton.  The brochure in the link below identifies the key learning for the cohort which is based on the Management Foundation Standards.

Participants in the program will work with content-area specialists and resource people, supported by BCASBO mentors to develop skillful approaches to managing key issues in their district and across public education in BC. Sessions are interactive and include case studies and job-embedded challenges. They are organized to develop and enhance skills and strategies in designing, managing and navigating complex situations in a positive, results-oriented and relationship-rich manner.
