Leadership Program

The Leadership Program is a four-module series designed as a key element of overall BCASBO leadership development offerings. The next cohort will be established no earlier than November 2021 and will be subject to provincial health orders and participant expectations regarding travel and face-to-face gatherings.

Participants in the program work with content-area specialists & resource people and be supported by BCASBO mentors to develop skillful approaches to key issues in their district and across public education in BC. Sessions are interactive and include case studies and job-embedded challenges. They are organized to develop and enhance skills and strategies in designing, managing and navigating complex situations in a positive, results-oriented and relationship-rich manner.
